Cup pulls on drawers with knobs on the upper doors is the classic Hamptons combination, and very hard to get wrong.
From Iver, Baltimore and Cambridge sit most comfortably. From Hepburn Hardware, Halifax hooded cup pulls and Atticus knobs do the same job with more character in the finish.
Finish
Polished nickel is the most authentic choice and warmer than chrome. Both carry a lifetime guarantee against corrosion, which matters if the house is near water.
